The City of Bristol Pension Fund, the City of Milford, the Connecticut Pension & Retirement Board, Pavers and Road Builders Pension, Annuity and Welfare Funds, the City of Newport News Employees’ Retirement Fund, and the Massachusetts Laborers’ Pension Fund (collectively, the “Class Representatives” or “Lead Plaintiffs”), on behalf of themselves and the other members of the Class (defined below), have reached a proposed settlement of the Action for $50,000,000 in cash that will resolve all claims in the Action.
